Excellent report and pics

I especially like the foot shot staring down the cliff. Well done. Hopefully soon I will go on smaller climb so I can join the both of you on this stuff.

Nice job

FWIW, I found the Nelson description in the Select guide to provide more technical climbing and cleaner rock than Klenke's. A 40m rope is adequate, and I wouldn't stretch out a 60m - I have linked pitches 2-3 together, but only with careful pro placements and some big run-outs to keep the rope from dragging. Also, breaking up the traverse into 2 pitch's like that described in Nelson's guide makes for easier communication and a more secure belay for the second. Lastly, climbing up and right at the end of the traverse (Nelson)leads to a logical belay that protects the follower much better than downclimbing at the end of the traverse will (Klenke).
