You can see my all photos of the day at SP in this album and many of these photos has been photo of the week at SP. My one photo of Gasherbrum-IV was the best photo of the year 2007 at SP. I hope you will these photos too.

Your Photo of the day albumHello Afzal,
I looked at the two albums of "photo of the day" and "My photo of the day" albums. The one that has only your photos is absolutely great. The other one is good too.
It is going to take me time to look at each individual photo. I have already seen several of the photos, but there is many more to look at. Your photo of Gasherbrum IV truly desrves "photo of the year award, and it did receive it. Congratulations on the unequalled collection.

Re: Snow ...Oh, absolutely "snow" in Yosemite. In fact during the winter months it snows in abundance in the valley. Some of the best photos of Yosemite Valley were taken in winter. I took this photo in December of 06.

Ever since......I first saw a photo of Half Dome, it captivated me. And when I saw it for real, it astounded me.
And since I reached the summit, everday I remember being there.
So nice to see the winter aspect.

Re: Ever since...Thanks for the compliment, Ray. There is an easy hike up Half Dome and the views from up there are great. Make sure to do the hike on your next visit, if you haven't done the hike already.

Re: Ever since...I edited my above comment, as I have hiked the Dome. I made a bee line for it. Just awesome and another ambition fulfilled. Particularly nice to put your life in your hands going up the cables and slats. V. steep at the base. I wanted to stay up there.
Though I'd recommend to anyone to take a couple of large carabiners with slings to the waist as a precaution.
