Harebell and Doll Lake

Harebell and Doll Lake

Campanula rotundifolia, literally round-leaved bell, but of coursee the leaves you can see are nowhere near round shape. The more-or-less round leaves are only there in the early season, and they usually wither before the flower stalk springs up. View from the East slope of Stone Benchmark (12,707).
