Hawksbill Scrambling

My nephew Dave starting up what would be the first of a couple of challeging cliffs we would negoitate on our way back up Hawksbill Mountain. The summit of Hawksbill Mountain is filled with plenty of ledges and cliffs that allow for some great scrambling opportunities. Linville Gorge Wilderness May 19, 2012
