Re: Love...Love for nature is just as prickly, I find...because if your love for nature is a sincere, profound and true one, you will love nature unconditionally, being willing not only to embrace it's beauty, but also to affirm and to accept to live it's harsh side and oftentimes extremely cruel laws (just one hint: Hawk wasp - tarantula (!!) ). The love relationship with nature is a complex and complicated one, just like any other love relationship.
Just now the beginning of a chinese poem goes through my mind, I don't know why: "My heart, the bird of the wilderness, has found it's sky in your eyes."
Can one possibly imagine a more beautiful and touching declaration of love?

Re: Love...I got a lot more new ones today. Wend climbing again to the same area, but a difficult route (5.10b), and that heart shaped cactus was missing... Someone took it...
