Addendum 8/8/02 - Nice job taking this page and improving it. Great info.
Very nice page.
This is a photogenic peak! Well done Fred! Thanks for putting time into it to make it a great page.
Yeah-adoption's tough. In the right hands, though, it's a success.
Good looking mountain. Nice page.
Thanks for the vote. You seem to get all over, have you climbed in Glacier?
nope sorry - haven't had the chance yet.....though if I remember right, you were the one who mentioned St. Nicholas Peak or Mountain somewhere there as being one of your favorite climbs. Looked it up - if I remember right, the book mentions some "nailing" on the standard route - is that right? This is all based on my failing memory - sorry if I got the wrong person/mountain. It certainly put a goal in my head though - maybe next summer.
No "nailing", the A0 move is a shoulder stand or a good solid butt push - for most folks. It has been free climbed - a lot depends on how high the snowbank is when you are there. St. Nick
Thanks for the vote. Have you ever climbed in Glacier?
No I haven't. Maybe I'll get up there some time but, there is still so much of Colorado I haven't explored. It may be a while.
Great page with good links. I hope to put this page to use one day.
Typical Fred page. In other words, exceptional.
