These Dolomites

may not be as high as others but the grandeur they display is undeniable.

Thank you. Yes the Dolomites do not compare in height with the Western Alps or just The Eastern Central Alps, but they are unequalled for the abundance of steep rock faces, "The Kingdom of the Vertical" as the Germans call them.
