Have gone up to Hidden Peak three times since August 2011 always starting from Cecret Lake.
Proposed to my wife up here last fall. Excellent peak to pack champagne, glasses, and camera gear up too! Thanks to the tram we should be able to re visit this 11,000 foot summit when we are 100 years old and in wheel chairs! Ha ha! Couldn't have picked a better place, thanks mother nature and snowbird.
Hit the hidden peak on the way to the American Fork twins!
Climbed 6 times:
10/24/15, 9/16/12, 7/19/08, 8/5/06, 6/12/04, 8/9/03
Made the summit with Kylee (12), Cole (9), & Taylor (7). I had to keep coaxing them upward by promising a ride down by Tram. They loved the hike and the tram ride down! Fun day with my kids.
I'm happy to note that I walked there with WMC group.
10/2/2013 Part of a ridge run from Devil's Castle to AF Twins. Out and back hike returning to the saddle of Baldy and Sugarloaf and back to the Albion Basin TH.
8/18/2012 With WMC as part of the Bullion Divide.
Went here on the way back down from the American Fork Twin Peaks.
Ran up from the parking lot at ALTA because the road to Cecret Lake was closed off for hunting or something. We were actually shooting to get to the AF Twins but had to cut short because of the extra distance from Alta to Cecret Lake. We took a ton of great pictures though and had Hidden Peak 100% to ourselves which was nice and I believe is rare. We ran down a different way going to down the fire roads back and ended up about a mile down the canyon from the car and ran back up to the car from there. Awesome trip!
when skiing at Snowbird. Great runs.
Snowbird base to Hidden Peak, went down below Twin Peaks to a snowfield. Decent workout, little boring if you stay on trail but lots of chances to goat around.
Hiked up the right side of the peak toward Twin Peaks. It was a steep route, but well worth it. What a view!
Walked up from Snowbird. Contiued to Baldy. Took the cable car down for free.
What a joke. Continued on to Mt. Baldy.
3rd along the route. Turns out I have been here before when biking up Widowmaker probably in 2003. 8/13/11 - I arrived at the same time the last Widowmaker bike racer did. Cool!
3 - biked up the dirt road from Snowbird 7/11/12.
4 & 5 - 9/5/15 5th amid construction up Big Mtn trail biking and 4th 7/27/14 bike up
6 - 8/13/17 Bullion Divide
7/8 - Speedgoat 7/21/18
Went up via the Peruvian Gulch, to the Ridge Trail. The views were spectacular. Made the traverse over to Baldy then down.
Both AF Twins, Hidden, Baldy, then back to Alta.
04/29/06 Had a great time racing to the top with lots of other people.
06/24/06 All alone this time.

People look at you with confusion when they see you walking up instead of taking the tram. To them I say you will never understand.
It was a tough tram ride, but we managed.
