High camp

In order to be a bit closer to our objective, the Brunegghorn North face, as well as to aid with our acclimatization, we camped at around 2900 m. Close to the Bruneggbach we found a perfect flat, sandy area, obviously cleared by others that had camped there before us. The stream is on the other side of our tent, a little bit lower down. On the other side of the nearby ridge lies the Brunegggletscher. The mountain popping out above it is Bishorn (4153m). 4 July 2014.
