Very GREAT, vanman ...

Please let me comment: Congrats - I did this from Henrys Fork basin back in 1982. Was wondering if it has changed, if any !?!? Do you remember seeing a pyramid-shaped peak from here, about 15 miles due west? Was wondering if that is Tokewanna Peak - it looks awesome as viewed from Kings. Was curious - did you run into any MOOSE? I've heard they have a healthy population of moose in the Henrys Fork basin. AWESOME, dude !!!

Re: Very GREAT, vanman ...

The plethora of lakes I could see from the peak grabbed my attention more than anything. Besides South King's Peak I wasn't on the lookout for any particular peak, so I don't know about Tokewanna. You ought to check that out on topozone.com

Re: Very GREAT, vanman ...

No problem - I guess it is Tokewanna. Yes, a lot of LAKES can be seen from this vantage point. AND from what other's have told me, a lot of MOOSE can be seen around Dollar Lake.
Okay. Be sure to enjoy the Fall colors there !
