Himalayan wildlife!

Well, may be not so wild since it has a red collar. A shy yak with a white tail and a white forehead at about 16000 feet, on the base of Cholatse. Khumbu Valley, Himalayas.

Wonderful...

I am only dreaming of Himalayan wildlife in such beautiful surroundings.

Thank you so much Hiltrud, especially for taking the time to visit some of the bake pages. I was kidding about the Himalayan wildlife because yaks all belong to people, and this one definitely did. But I did see a couple of deer while I was hiking. Too quick for me to take a picture.
