Hintergrat - Ortler
Hintergrat is a nice scenic route for everybody with some mountaineering experience. Early spring is a good time to go. The Ortler group is a great mountaineering area. Solo climb.

great classic climbclimbned in snow and fog, but mostly dry rock. great, classic route. exposed but not too difficult. Old pitons in the cruxes.

Classical ClimbThe "Hintergrat" is the classical climb to Ortler. We had good conditions and share the ridge with a lot of people.
