All that is said is true, butWe were in a climb that it was quite challenging. As soon as Andres arrived at the belay station the storm started and we needed to change from rock shoes to plastic boots and gear up for ice. So, I suppose that if you see pictures of places like this or Patagonia many times poorly rigged belays and many things like that will happen.
