Waaihoek picturesHi Andrew,
cool Waaihoek / Hoare Hut pix. The Hoare Hut picture I posted was taken a week or two earlier, and it's interesting to see how much more snow there was after the BIG dump. I believe there was actually some good skiing up there?

I got up there on Sunday (24th), it was raining on the lower slopes (below middle hut), but on top it started to snow mid-afternoon and didn't stop until Tuesday! On Monday the snow was too soft for good skiing and the wind was terrible, but it calmed down and the snow solidified overnight so Tuesday was much better. There were 21 of us up there and most got in some good skiing, the snow cover was awesome.
