Route Climbed: Stowe Pinnacle to Skyline Trail Date Climbed: October 5, 2004
Climbed with Flanders right after doing Stowe Pinnacle. Very cool trail going from Stowe up to the ridge. Reminded me of Columbia Gorge hikes, wet and very steep. Class 3 in a few places. Be careful on the rocks. Doesn't look like a lot of people hike this one as the trail was pretty faint in places. Once on the ridge, it was up and down to the summit. Steep in places, very swampy in others. Lots of moose tracks.
Fun day. I wanted to hit Ben & Jerry's afterwards but was denied as it was late. Instead we went and had some excellent pizza nearby.
