Three stars for the moment but I'm ready to give you the missing fourth one. You have very nice photos but they are not represented on the main page.

  • Choose one of the picture as signature picture and insert its number (put the mouse above the thumbnail and you'll see it) in the appropriate field while editing.

  • You should add the mountain to the Villgraten Group (also a field while editing the page - you can choose among a lot of groups).

  • Activate your links, you can see here how you can do this. Also look there to see how you can link large pictures (if you want).

  • You could put the following code on top of the overview section - it puts the mountain in the context of the surrounding groups:

    <b>Geographical Classification:</b> <a href="http://www.summitpost.org/show/mountain_link.pl/mountain_id/3147"><b>Eastern Alps</b></a> <b>></b> <a href="http://www.summitpost.org/show/mountain_link.pl/mountain_id/2618"><b>Hohe Tauern</b></a> <b>> </b><a href="http://www.summitpost.org/show/mountain_link.pl/mountain_id/4218"><b>Villgraten Group</b></a><b> > Hoher Mann</b>

  • The coordinates are missing: 46.83 / 12.18. If you insert them you get a link to the interactive map from google, where you can find the more detailed coordinates.

  • More info on the surrounding Villgraten Group can be found on this page

Thank you very much for the encouragement! this is the first time I attempt to realize a web page (is obvious from the result) so your advice are fundamental.

I tried to realize the corrections you suggest me but I don't understand your point number 4.

Hope to improve my abilities and the quality of the page, every suggest is well accepted!

I looked to your pages, marvellous work!

Ah, that's easy to explain - just look at the first section of this page

This needs more detail and complete information. See Gangolf's comments. Also review other pages for ideas of how to make a more complete page!

I look forward to amending my vote upwards!

Tank you Moni for your suggestions,

I looked Gangolf's pages, they are beautiful.

Unfortunately this is my first attempt to realize a web page so I need a lot of experience to improve my work.

Gangolf gives me a lot of precious suggestion and I'm trying to fix all the mistakes.

    bye,

Information is somewhat thin and coordinates of the peak should be added.

a good and useful page but still a bit short.

the location is not fully correct because you cannot descend to Anterselva valley on the other side, so I suggest to write:

Hoher Mann is the main mountain of the ridge that separates the Gsies / Casies valley from its most importan branch, the Karbach valley.

Best map to buy (more precise than Kompass) is Tabacco map 1:25000 Nr. 032 "valle die Anterselva Valle di Casies Antholz - Gsies"

Don't you want to sign your own summit log? You surely have nicer stories to tell than I have...

    Hi Mathias,

thank you for your precious suggestions, I've already inserted in the page.

I like the summitpost peculiarity of improving the quality of the page receiving informations from members from everywhere.

    Ciao.
