Hoodoos on Sepulcher

Hoodoos on Sepulcher

These smaller hoodoos - - sepulchers? - - are visible as you approach the summit of Sepulcher Mountain on the south side. Photo taken in mid-June 2008.

Arthur ??

HOODOO you think you are posting such
spectacular pictures of the Gallatin Range?

I'm surprised I don't see more snow, but it
usually melts off quickly on the south side.
Nice photograph! -Larry

Re: Arthur ??

Well, we hit plenty of snow on the descent on the east side so don't be too surprised. I was just stunned by what a clear day we got. What luck!
