I had to look to see what "Ottima" meant:
Ottima means excellent. Ottimo is the masculine form. "Questa pizza è ottima" - " This pizza is excellent" "Questo panino è ottimo" - "This sandwich is excellent"

In my childhood (early 1970s in Iran) I remember a number of 45 RPM records that my dad had purchased when he studied in Milan in the early 1960s. I know the music very well but I had no idea what the names or even the names of the artists were. Fortunately, I have recently found some of music on Youtube:
