Houseleek (Sempervivum)
It's some kind of Houseleek (genus Sempervivum, but it's hard to determine which species without flowers. Several are endemic in this area, including the common houseleek (S. tectorum) and cobweb houseleek (S. arachnoideum), and I've seen others as well.
On the Sonnenberg, north of Naturns.
