I'm on my way!

I'm on my way!

Taken August 12, 2016 on the true summit of Stonehedge ridge by Gimpilator. It was exciting to be head ache free and feeling much better! Dome Peak and Sinister are behind me. The medication is finally working, I can finally think clearly and start taking bigger steps at getting my life in order. If this keeps up I can officially exit out of an era of suffering and look forward to the future. I have a lot to be thankful for and have big plans ahead. A huge thanks goes out to all of those who have supported me during this endeavor, including the tiniest of encouragements. I am training hard for my next upcoming adventures, my dream of being an alpinist is looking more possible. I'm eating healthier than I ever have and am making strong efforts at avoiding high calorie items. Eventually I plan on encouraging others to join in. Despite life making me a pessimist, my enthusiasm is rising. I've always been hoping for the best in all things. I'm planning on going to church more and am excited about what God has been pouring into me. It's been a rough road, but it has crafted a meticulous person who wants to do great things for the world. There have been times where it was very hard to understand why things got so messed up. The shadows of doubt have passed.

Re: Great news....

Thanks Rdmc. There have been some rough times and much discouragement throughout this ordeal, but God has shown me a way through it.

Re: Glad to See...

Thanks Colinr. I've been trying for this for quite some time, but I ran into a lot of difficulties. The head aches discouraged me from writing. Now that they are not as bad it is much easier to write.

Re: Happy....

Thanks Silvia, I thank all of those who have been a positive influence and have shown me that I needed to re-think how to be healthy. For some it was minor details, but those minor details can make a big difference.

Re: Glad to hear

Thanks Ejnar. I'm not out of the woods yet, still getting head aches daily. The good news is that they are more like normal head aches which is much better than what I was facing. In addition to them being less powerful, they seem to happen less frequently. While my world of pain was tough, losing the ability to think was the worst part. But things are better now. Much work lies ahead. :-)

Re: Great

Thanks Lodewijk, it's been a very long road. But finally I'm getting back into the game and will soon be stronger than ever. It was quite a challenge to never lose hope, there were times were it felt hopeless. Not just months of difficulty, but as it dragged out two years. I am extremely grateful that things have taken such a positive turn.

Re: Fantastic news!

Any time EB, just say the word "climb" and I'll try to arrange something. If you would rather do something easier, I'm not too picky. :-)
