Icy Point in Lake Superior

This icy rock lies just west of Shovel Point on Lake Superior. January 16th, 2016.

I have heard since that this point is a remains of an arch that crumbled from Lake Superiior's waves in 2010.  

And now in December 2019 even this rocky point has crumbled underneath in battering of the Lake.  It is no more.

Thanks! The El Nino this year ensured that the Lake was ice free even as the actual temps were below zero.
