In front of Little Tahoma

Josh took this picture of me, obstructing the view of Little Tahoma on summit day. Photographed at 13,000 feet on the Emmons Glacier on Mount Rainier, July 17, 2006. Posted with permission.

Thanks, Adam!

I really enjoy your photos on SP.
I really miss the western WA Cascades.
Thanks for the information! Cheers.

Re: Thanks, Adam!

Thank you for looking! It's true the cascades are wonderful but I love what I've seen of your area too. I love all the shades of red rock in some places in Arizona. Cheers

great pic!

"But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes to make it reality." "That is what I did." I think it ends like that. I never finished that book but it's my favorite movie ever and that first chapter of the book is some of the best writing anywhere.

You should check out "Clallam & Clatsop" by Thoedore Winthrop if you enjoyed reading that, I think it is nearly on the same caliber but has the added bonus of being about the Pacific NW and it's volcanoes and native peoples.
