The awesome Great White Throne from the summit of Angels Landing. It seems close enough to leap to, but doing so would be a pretty bad idea; the fall is about 1500', and even though the leap is less than a mile, you're not making it. Enlarge to get a better sense of the "in your face" feel of this view. Zion National Park, UT-- March 2008
