Incoming Storm

Incoming Storm

Hiking above Bountiful before a storm I watched this huge cloud wall come accross the valley, I was at the Ward overlook and decided I had better get back to the car. 08/31/2008

Didn't anyone see this one?

A shame that it was not noticed by more folks.
This is a truly dramatic shot, maybe its just
me but shots like this one really grab me. This will become my new wallpaper on my computer.

Yowza!

That is both an impressive and a scary site all at once. It reminds of a sand storm rolling across the desert (not that I've ever been in one).

Double Yowza!!!

I have witnessed two sandstorms; one in Death
Valley and the other over Phoenix. This has to come very close to a sandstorm over the desert.

What's amazing is that you were able to capture it. I had no idea there was a summer rainstorm of this magnitude over northern UT
in 2008.

It reminds me of a few of the storms I witnessed back in the early 1980's, when I was living in Tooele County. Seems to me the
weather patterns are returning to what they
ONCE WERE. This is entirely incredible!!!

My son kept calling me to see if I was alright, he kept saying that the trees were gonna fall down in the yard
