Ingraham Flat

Looking down on Ingraham Flat at dawn. Camps can be seen to the left and also just right of center. Mt. Adams is visible on the horizon. July 2007.

Beautiful!

The mountain may be called "Disappointment Cleaver", but your photo certainly is anything but disappointing!!

Best regards from Salzburg in Austria,

Re: Very sweet...

Thank you- actually the weather was unbelievable. Some snow on day one, but stayed on the mtn 3 more days without a cloud in the sky.

Saw the small version of the shot and guessed it was Rainier just from the color. Great pic!

Re: stunning colours

Thanks Tomek. It was indeed a nice moment. I was glad we left a bit later than the crowds.
