It's difficult to get a good view of the bottom of the crater of Orizaba because it's deep and the walls are steep. This is the best I could do. Photographed November 16, 2009.

Crater detail

Finally a view that gives me some idea of a mystical looking crater....I have often wondered, so thanks for posting this
