Island Crag

This small crag in the middle of the river just upstream from Wet Bottom Chute (Class 2-3 rapid) isn't much of a climb-- it is only about as high as a human is tall-- but it makes a cool spot to secure the boat and have a snack or a little doze on a nice day. The cliffs in the rear are those of the Seclusion crag, one of the best and most popular at Great Falls. Great Falls, MD-VA-- August 2010
