Solo climb from Reta, a fresh sunny spring morning. Another step in my recovery, three months after a wrist fracture that required surgery. Happy to be up there again...
Starting from Reta, I bagged the secondary summit of Gambella going over the top of Izaga. On the way down I used the dirt road towards Zuazu, with a final cross-country section to get back to Reta
Nice summer climb from Ardanaz de Izagaondoa, fine views from the summit.
Bagged our first climb to Izaga via the dirt road between Zuazu and the small church of San Miguel in a cold, windy day. Bad weather did not allow us to do anything higher...
The day was very cold and windy with a lot of snow falling over us but we enjoyed of some amazing landscapes with the white trees of the route. Zero views in the summit.
I climbed Ganbella, Sta Ágata and Izaga from Idozin, a route without people but I found a lot of people in the summit.
The weather was bad to climb higher peaks in the Pyrenees with a lot of rain and we climbed our old friend Peña Izaga.
It was a nice day without people in the peak (out of week-end) enjoying of a wide landscape.
