Shot up the standard route of Spire Point.  Easy 4th class scramble with one section of sketchy rock (at the start of the climb in the "trough") and one exposed 5' traverse involving a few low 5th class moves just 20' below summit.  Some notes:
  • We climbed with a 30m rope.  60m would have made life a bit easier for the rappel, but you can get from the summit rappel station to a stable, safe spot with a 30m rope.  The scramble is easy from there to rappel stations immediately over the trough.  There were two rappel anchors there: a higher one with very old 7mm cord and a lower one with red webbing.  We properly retied the red webbing and added our cord (yellow) and a rap ring.  That station easily gets you to the bottom with 30m of rope.
  • Useful tricams:
    • black - 0.25
    • pink - 0.5
    • red - 1
    • brown - 1.5

This is a fun, easy multi-pitch scramble/climb.
