Looking north from the summit of Jump Off Joe, which with a low elevation of only 2200' is still the highest point in the Tri-Cities region of Washington state. In fact, this peak is the highest point within a 27-mile radius and this photo really shows how "isolated" the peak might be from higher points.
The Columbia River and the cities of Kennewick and Pasco can be seen.
