All the best to you in coming New Year from
Thank you so much Silvia, and the best wishes for a happy and healthy new year to you too my friend.
Gotta disagree with your statement that this
is just "another sunset."
My wife would DIE for this scenic wonder;
guess I'm overdue for another ocean cruise
with my wife in tow ..
... best of times for Nuevo Año 2013 !
Well, as you know I take only sunrise and sunset photos. You have written poems about that fact. My only problem is that I just don't know what to call my sunsets any more. Hence, "Just another sunset" statement.
Thank you so much for the New Year wishes. I, in turn, wish you and your family the best in 2013 filled with happy occasions.
"Sunrise, sunset ...
Sunrise, sunset ...
Swiftly fly the years!
One season following another;
Laden with happiness and tears."
Beautiful and easy to picture myself looking at the same scene myself.
Happy New Year to you and your family!
Living by the coast, sooner or later you get quite a few views like this. But, we sure miss the mountains in our backyard.
Happy New Year to you and your family as well, Kathy.
Marc...I wish you all the very best in 2013, with good health and lots of days in the great outdoors!
Thank you so much Sylva.
With the best wishes for a happy, healthy and fun-filled 2013 , and may many more mountains smile upon you.
Where is this in California? Can you see the green flash around here very often?
This is off of Santa Barbara. Some people claim that they have seen the green flash, but I never have.
Thanks for dropping by and Happy New Year.
I saw the green flash on a beach near San Diego in June 2011. The last little bit of the sun turned green just before it went below the horizon. I've heard that the local weather conditions in San Diego are particularly favorable to seeing the green flash.
Happy New Year.
Amazing photo. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much Adeel. I'm glad you like this photo.
Ciao Antonio ((O:
Grazie e Ciao Antonio.
It's good to see you.
... sunsets or sunrises... or starry skies.... or mountains......
Me neither! Thanks Roxy, cause some people make fun of me for taking mostly sunrise/sunset photos. I'm sure they're just kidding!
