Kamenishka Kukla (I was successful :))

I haven't climbed the main summit. That afternoon (August 1977) we were camping at the foot of Kamenishka Kukla in the Mozgovitsa Valley. The clouds hadn't cleared until late in the afternoon. Whereas two other guys of our party did the ascent proper, I opted for a scramble up across the relatively big, north wall of Kamenishka Kukla. The direct route turned out to be too difficult for me to climb (no gear) so I had to seek easier terrain on the buttress to the right of the main couloir. The scramble, along with a prolonged stay on the top – spent gazing at the incredible scenery – took me a little more time than I'd expected so I decided not to go on to the main summit of Kamenitsa close at hand (less than a half-hour walk), and took an easy way back down to get to the tent at dusk. Unfortunately, the next day we had to say goodbye to the Pirin Mountains, leaving through the pass south of Kralev Dvor and the valley of the Demirkapiyska River.
