Beautiful page, though I suspect the maintainer may have taken a permanent vacation from SP...
Very comprehensive and informative.
This is one I've always wanted to go back and climb, simply because I've read to many books about the AT. Nice work Brian.
Thanks! It's a great one. I MUST get back and do the Knife Edge. It looked like such a fun route. Thanks again.
Nice page. Will print it out and keep it as well as with my AMC guide when I head up to conquer the monster.
Thanks! Great compliment. Have a great time, it is a lot of fun.
Thanks! Appreciate the vote.
I enjoyed this page the first time I saw it.
Thanks for your vote. And for adding your route to the page. Very nice!
Nice page. It was very useful to me in planning my recent climb. Thanks!
Glad it helped. Hope you had a great time. I really enjoyed this mountain.
As a kid I saw one photo of Katahdin that really struck me... it was a beautiful rocky, snow encrusted peak on the east coast... pretty much became cemented in my brain to climb Katahdin after that. You do justice to a great peak here.
Thanks for your nice words. Appreciate it.
Katahdin! My favorite eastern peak, and this is my favorite eastern summitpost!
I'm currently in the process of making a request for a "state highpoints" mountain group. I saw an error on your page: you've transposed the numbers for the height of the peak. It's actually 5,267 ft.
Ah, so you are correct. Thanks. I took over this page from someone who was neglecting it and never looked at the height. Will correct that one. Thanks.
As always, nice page Brian!
Thanks much! Appreciate the vote.
Continue your good work.
