Kendall Wash Walk

Kendall Wash Walk

This pic is from Kendall Wash, near Lake Mead, NV. The region near the lake has fantastic spires and slots carved in Miocene volcanics. The entire right side of my body is partly paralyzed, and this is one way I stick out my tongue at Fate. So there. Thanks to Nick N for the photo.

Inspiration!

I too must deal with partial paralysis, and Highpointing is my way of giving fate the finger.
"I don't climb because they are there, I climb because I can"...Hope you feel the same!!!
Thank you for your post, and your openness!

Re: Inspiration!

Take care guy, and have fun. If too many people see you climbing, they may forget you are dealing with something extra. As I tell people all the time, "A blind man climbed Mt Everest; that doesn't mean he would make a good bus driver."
