One thing: there is weather available from about 11,500' on Pre-Laurel Peak. The Manti-La Sal Avalanche Center maintains a portable tower up there. In the past it was sometimes up year-round, sometimes just in the winter. Due to the nature of the site & the difficulty accessing it the data can be intermittent, but it's quite valuable nonetheless.
You can access the data from the MLSAC web page or through the Mesowest.
I'm thinking (eagerly) of flying out here from New Hampshire to climb Tukuhnikivatz this winter. Any suggestions on how to get from the Moab airport to the trailhead?

I do know of a SNOTEL site at 9500 feet, but the data is so sporatic from day to day that I didn't link it to the page:
