You asked about Guide books. "Walks and Climbs in the Pyrenees" by Kev Reynolds (A Cicerone Guide). I've got the 5th edition 2008 (it may not feature in much earlier editions - the first was in 1978!) ISBN 9781-85284-470-7. Gives a very brief description of the route from Saradets (throughout the guidebook he calls Saradets: Refuge de la Brèche).
BOOKING GORIZ. You may not know this (its on the Goriz page)- you can now book most if not all of the (Spanish) Pyrennean refuges ON LINE.
