This was one of those fine days where even I couldn't take a bad shot. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the info

I had no idea that canyon was there; I've been so focused on the tetons part. I'm gonna have to take that hike soon. I love crags!! Thanks again!

Re: Thanks for the info

Although dwarfed by the higher peaks there are some great climbes in Hanging Canyon - a crag lovers delight... Thanks for the comment.

Re: Thanks...

Thanks for the comment. For a day hike in the Tetons it was amazing, although Christy is still a big fan of Lake Solitude or better yet the loop over Paintbrush Divide.

Re: Nice

Judging from your 2007 adventures it's only a matter of time - the Tetons are definitely worth a trip.

Thank you

Rob, thanks for posting this. This destination seems right up my alley-- a beautiful, remote, little-known spot almost within hearing and sight of some of the busiest trails in our parks. You already have me wanting to pull out my Teton maps and dream up some trips!

Hi Becca,
Thanks for the comment - I'm not sure how tough we are but it's great to be in the mountains.

Great TR

Great TR. Reminds me of when I went up there on a trip to Mt. St. John last September. Hanging Canyon and Lake of the Crags is probably one of my favorite parts in the park, and the view of the Cathedral group from that side of Jenny Lake is just incredible.

Happy trails!

Great report Rob

I enjoyed it very much. Christy's comments really made me laugh.
