Re: Monumental Arch.

We all know about the building prowess of the ancient cultures. They didn't have the materials and machinery that we have, but they produced structures that are the envy of the modern man.

Actually, Arches National Park is located in Utah, I live in California. Unfortunately, we don't have so many beautiful arches here.

Grazie e ciao Roberto,
Marc

Re: Ops!

Well, I have news for you. Our politicians use "par Condicio" like drinking a glass of water.

Three big cheers/hurays for Italy's soccer team and for Italy. There is nothing better than winning.

Another perfect

Window like photo of you Marc.
I have to say, your photos of Zion in snow and Arches NP make me dream about going up there some day to photograph myself those fantastic places...
Who knows...some day.

Re: Another perfect

Thank you very much for the comment Paulo. The two national parks you mentioned and Canyonland National Park, all in the state of Utah, are jewels among all of the national parks in the US. I found you get the best scenery of these places in winter especially after a snowstorm. Unfortunately, when there is a lot of snow on the ground your hiking trips will be limited.
Cheers,
Marc
