On Google EarthIt is the first peak west of La Meije perhaps 5.5 miles west. Om has a page about this 12500 foot mountain.

Le Rateaulies just west of La Meije and the summit provides a wonderful view onto it. For once, in the Ecrins region which is a national park, access can be reached using cable and so can climbed in one day via a glacial approach and an easy (but exposed) rock climb to the summit. Fantastic views throughout with generally good weather in the summer months.
