Deep view

I love this view from The Black Giant. If I had seen this photo before we hiked through the Evolution Basin and Le Conte Canyon, I would have put this ascent on the itinerary.

Simply stunning.

Thanks! It's a nice sidetrip from the JMT, definitely worth a jaunt up there if you ever return.
