Certainly had changed by 2009. Can't imagine them now.
Hiked in the dark in early morning with my wife and a friend. We got to witness and brilliant sunrise. Then we descended back to our campsite at Toulomne Meadows.
Pretty straightforward, the last little bit looks a bit tougher than it is, it seemed most stopped at the false summit.
Hiked with my uncle and younger brother after doing Mount Dana, meaning I was very tired at the time and this hike was really not terribly fun. Pretty much just follow the well-traveled trail, taking not a few confusing turns at oddly-signed junctions, until at last you come to the final summit dome, at which point the false summit was really aggravating for me. Follow the granite steeply up to the summit, we took in the good views, had a quick snack, then were on our merry way--in 5 minutes or less. The way down was easier, overall a nice little peak with good views from its summit--just not after a giant like Dana.
A week after surgery, but I just had to get out and feel some rock. Easy ascent up the south face in approach shoes and the summit to myself for nearly an hour. Beautiful!
A warm up hike with Jean
Both were great climbs. Nearly fell off the crux of DNW Face.
Quick stop on the way back home.
Great memories on this hike with my son, he loved it and I loved the experience with him.
nice walk through the woods, and views from the top are excellent.
Had some time so stopped to loop hike around the dome. No one else on the trail, only shared the summit with a marmot.
We had some time and scrambled up to the summit. We had a great time there with a magnificent sunset. See my pictures on that.
Nice walk with stunning views.
had some time and figured why not. did scrambling up south side and down main route. pretty pretty.
Down memory lane, had just completed Yosemite Mountaineering School. We freed a few routes in the low 5's. The Meadows were such a peaceful place back in the day.
Enjoyable scramble with great views.
Climbed Cathedral in the morning, So I decided to walk up this since I had so much time left in the day
This is a wonderful short hike in Tuolemne Meadows and rewards one with outstanding views on top. The same trailhead forks and leads to Dog Lake on the left, and Lembert Dome on the right.

This road-side dome was calling to me for the last 2 visits!
