West/Parker Climb
Climbed Lobo Mountain. Followed trail from parking lot to position NE of Lobo Mt, leaving the trail and going SW and up through the "V" shaped pass to the top. Little Barrel Cactus and Indian Blanket were awesomely in bloom.

Hiked to French Mountain from the south parking lot off of the Indiahoma Rd. Followed trail past Lobo Mt to the fork, then northward to the little lake. Hiked from the lake eastward up the gentle slope to the summit. Hiking companions, my wife and grandson.

Family Hike
Climbed Lobo Mountain with my two sons, daughter-in-law, and grandson. We took the trail from the parking lot through trees until we came to a clearing area where we turned off the trail to the right and up to the top of Lobo on the NE side. We descended on the NW side back to the parking lot.
