I know that feeling, I keep getting drawn back there myself and can't to explain why some areas have that special attraction.
Over the years I've hiked and scrambled up most of the better known peaks in the Texel Group, but there are still a few left, so I'll be back! Besides, I've mostly been soloing there, but there are also some routes that I wouldn't mind giving a go with someone else. Nothing difficult, mind you, just a bit too much for comfort to climb alone. And by the time I'm too old to climb anymore, maybe I'll hike the Meraner Höhenweg.

i love that area...and great pictures...when I did the route I was in a cloud from the hut on. Definitely want to get back to the Texelgruppe...
