No. It was taken at 11:59pm and 58 seconds, not including shutter speed.

Hint: there are clues that answer your question.

I don't know the positions of these peaks so I can't check the shadow! Either way, I'm guessing north is to the left based off of the glaciers, so I guess that makes the west behind you, so I guess this is the afternoon.
