Are you ever questioned by climbers attempting Capitol Butte
from the north? Too bad the snow melted, as it made hiking
interesting in the Sedona area.
I find the "Caltopo" Maps very useful. I am usually surfing the country on that map. Don't know much about climbing Capitol Butte except for what you have put on SP.
We were in Sedona for one week during Christmas. Got one snowy night which made the hiking pretty the next day. Sounds like you got more snow later.
