Looking back at the sketchy...
Looking back at the sketchy traverse en route north to Mt. Whittier along the ridge; the "trail" is marked in blue. The cliffs drop away about ~100' or so to the left. It was okay descending when it was dry -- pretty good hand and foot-holds, but it might be good to have a handline in here for safety. If wet, the rock could be slippery. - 10/26/03
