Looking down the mountain side in the forest. I chose a very steep route through the forest up to the east ridge. I made the mistake of going too far down the Whites Creek Trail, and going up from there. It was more dangerous than I accounted for. However, this is an example of one of the steeper ways up to Alpine Walk Peak.
