Size matters

This is a very nice photo, but I'm wondering if it is possible to resubmit it so it is larger?

any suggestions as to how I would go about doing this? My photographic software is limited to paint and very basic sharpening software.

I think you would have to re-scan your picture to do this, unless you have a bigger image on your hard drive somewhere. The problem with taking an image with a small pixel size and making it bigger is that the sharpness is compromised.
