Anoher nice photo, but the caption is in error. You are looking (from near the summit of South King's Peak) to the southeast. Mt. Emmons, fourth highest in the Uintas at 13,440 feet, is the highest prominent landmark. Reservoired Lake Atwood appears to be ice-covered left center. Lower left, streaked with snow bands, is upper Painter Basin and Trail Rider Pass.
