No but as a teenager I wanted to. I used to live in L.A. and we'd go to Yosemite every summer (back in the firefall days) but I have to admit I never had the nerve to go out and stand there. It wasn't fenced off back then. What a great spot and so much more spectacular when the big Yosemite Falls across the way are running.

I've sat out on the tip, but never had the nerve to stand on the tip. This was during the winter when there are no people around (a great, easy winter backpacking destination by the way).
